#4 – Papillon
The Papillon looks somewhat like a Chihuahua with long, silky hair. They are extremely intelligent and are sometimes used as therapy dogs. Papillons are very sensitive and have been used to detect oncoming seizures in humans as well. They make wonderful companions and, although they have long hair, grooming is actually minimal because they do not shed, which is very desirable in a house dog. They are very easy to train and are popular show dogs. They are also great for first time dog owners
