Peanut butter Protein Pupsicles
This recipe is quick to make and doesn’t require any cooking.
  1. Blend all the ingredients until they reach a smoothie-like consistency adding extra apple juice or broth as needed. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and place in freezer. Once the mixture is semi-frozen (after about two to four hours), top with the banana slices. Continue freezing overnight.
